Half Day Tour To Bethlehem Program
Drive to the city of Bethlehem, where both Jesus and King David were born. Walk through Manger Square to the Church of the Nativity. This church was commissioned by Constantine the Great in 327, and it is located over the cave where it is believed that Jesus was born. Admire the mosaics and archaeological features of this church, which is the oldest in the Holy Land. You will descend to the Grotto of the Nativity where Jesus is believed to have been born. Afterwards, you will proceed to the Church of the Milk Grotto and learn of the miracle that happened there. You will see Shepherds’ field, where the shepherds saw the Star of the Nativity. After your meaningful day of touring, you will stop at a locally-owned souvenir shop prior to returning to Jerusalem.
Return to your hotel on your own. Return transfer to Tel Aviv and Herzliya hotels is available for a supplemental fee.
